PROCIJ was established back in 2015, by its main Founder Mariam Moussa, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.

To this date, Mariam has coached more than 1000 transformational coaching hours within corporates and to the public, capitalizing on self-leadership and intentionally leading others. Mariam’s experience in coaching extends from Europe to the Middle East. She mentors other coaches in deepening their learning of coaching skills and leading more transformative coaching sessions. She also partners with top training companies in Egypt and the UAE to offer her coaching services for top executives in multinationals.
